The beach is my happy place. Even when it's raining, which it did for a most of our trip, it's still pretty awesome. There's something about the sand and salty air that just soothes the soul and lets you breathe a sigh of relief. We had such a wonderful family vacation with allllll of the cousins. Family is the best.
Oh, I love the beach too (although the great British seaside is somewhat different!) and it really shows in your work - all those soft sandy, driftwood hues.
